CCTEB is seeking an “HVAC Engineer” to serve as the primary technical liaison with the Supervision Consultant, ensuring that all HVAC and medical systems comply with ASHRAE, ASTM, SMACNA, NFPA, VA, and Project Specifications. You will bridge the gap between design and site, resolving technical clashes and securing final approvals.

Responsibilities:

1. Review HVAC and medical system drawings, provide comments, submit shop drawings and material data until final approval, and archive technical documents.

2. Monitor site progress and quality of HVAC and medical system works.

3. Prepare and submit RFIs and MARs according to the work plan.

4. Coordinate site inspections with consultants.

5. Prepare HVAC construction method statements.

6. Develop BOQs for HVAC and medical materials and equipment based on approved drawings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Major.

2. Proficient in using software such as Word, Excel, Auto CAD, and Revit BIM.

3. Familiarity with American standards such as ASHRAE, ASTM, SMACNA, and NFPA.

4. Excellent English Language. 

5. Ability to interpret technical specifications and draft formal contractual letters in English. 

Salary range: 2,500,000 IQD.
