Job Title :-IT Help Desk Officer

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in IT support and networking.

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN setup, routers, and switches.

Experience in system and branch connectivity (VPN, Mikrotik, Cisco).

Ability to troubleshoot quickly and communicate effectively.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Work Days:6 days per week

Salary: 1,000,000 IQD per month

Location:Baghdad – Al Mansour – 14 Ramadan
