Collection Manager – Real Estate (Iraq)

Manage all receivables for real estate sales, leasing & services, ensuring timely collections and reduced outstanding balances.

Responsibilities:

Oversee collections, follow-ups & AR aging

Lead and manage the collections team & targets

Coordinate with Sales, CS & Legal on disputes and defaults

Negotiate payment plans & settlements

Ensure compliance with contracts & Iraqi regulations

Prepare collection reports & improve processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business or similar

6–10 years collections experience (real estate preferred)

Strong knowledge of installment & leasing collections

Proven team management experience
