We are hiring : Accounting Supervisor ( مشرف حسابات )_ this position will be reporting to the Finance Manager

Company: Riyad Group Company

   Requirements:

   _ Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

   _ Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

   Key Responsibilities:

   _ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

  _ Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  _ Oversee the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including bank statements and intercompany accounts.

 _ Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections.

  _ Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.

 _ Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

 _ Generate financial reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

 _ Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.

 _ Organize and prepare annual inventories, ensuring accurate and timely recording of inventory levels.

 _ Coordinate with other departments to manage stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report on inventory status.

 _ Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and improve accuracy.

_ Manage and follow up on the company’s banking relationships and financial matters with banks.

Preferred Skills:

_ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

_ Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems are mandatory, SAP is preferred) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

_ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

_ Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Working Conditions:

1 - Working Days: 6 days/week

2 - Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
