نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:

نبحث عن مسؤول/ة عمليات رقمية شغوف ومنظم لتولي مهام الإدارة والتشغيل اليومي لتطبيقات تشمل مجالات التجارة الإلكترونية، الأعمال، والخدمات الرقمية. سيكون الموظف/ة مسؤولاً عن المتابعة المستمرة لضمان سير العمليات بكفاءة وتقديم تجربة ممتازة للمستخدمين.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الإدارة اليومية: المتابعة والإشراف المستمر على لوحات التحكم (Dashboards) الخاصة بالتطبيقات لضمان عملها بكفاءة دون انقطاع.

إدارة العمليات والبيانات: متابعة طلبات العملاء، مراجعة الاشتراكات وحركات الدفع، وتحديث البيانات أو المحتوى بشكل دوري.

خدمة العملاء: الرد على استفسارات المستخدمين، تقديم الدعم الفني الأساسي، وحل أي مشكلات متعلقة بحساباتهم أو طلباتهم.

ضمان الجودة وتقييم الأداء: المراقبة المستمرة لأداء التطبيقات، توثيق أي ملاحظات أو أعطال تقنية لرفعها، وإعداد تقارير دورية حول سير العمل.

التنظيم الإداري: تنظيم المهام اليومية باستقلالية تامة والعمل على تحقيق أهداف المنصات.

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

حاصل/ة على شهادة بكالوريوس.

خبرة سابقة في إدارة التطبيقات، المتاجر الإلكترونية، أو إدارة المحتوى الرقمي.

إجادة التعامل مع الأنظمة الإدارية ولوحات التحكم المختلفة.

مهارات تنظيمية عالية والقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.

القدرة التامة على الالتزام، إدارة الوقت بكفاءة، والعمل باحترافية واستقلالية من المنزل.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة لبناء علاقة جيدة مع العملاء وتقديم الدعم المطلوب.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and organized Digital Operations Manager to handle the daily management and operation of applications covering e-commerce, business solutions, and digital services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuous monitoring to ensure efficient operations and deliver an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Management: Continuous monitoring and supervision of application dashboards to ensure seamless and uninterrupted operations.

Operations & Data Management: Tracking customer orders, reviewing subscriptions and payment transactions, and regularly updating data and content.

Customer Service: Responding to user inquiries, providing basic technical support, and resolving any issues related to accounts or orders.

Quality Assurance & Performance Evaluation: Continuously monitoring app performance, documenting technical issues for resolution, and preparing periodic workflow reports.

Administrative Organization: Independently organizing daily tasks and working effectively to achieve the platforms' goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Previous experience in managing applications, e-commerce platforms, or digital content.

Proficiency in navigating various administrative systems and control panels (Dashboards).

High organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Full commitment, efficient time management, and the ability to work professionally and independently from home.

Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers and provide necessary support.
