We’re Hiring | Project Manager (Civil Engineer) – Hospitality Projects

A leading hospitality and development group in Baghdad is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in hotel construction projects.

• Strong understanding of hotel development standards, hospitality facilities, guest areas, back-of-house operations, MEP coordination, and finishing requirements.

• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Ability to oversee projects from planning and construction through handover and operational readiness.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hotel construction and development projects.

• Ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety requirements.

• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Location: Baghdad, Iraq

Candidates with direct experience in hotel construction, hospitality developments, or mixed-use projects that include hotel facilities will be given preference.
