Job Vacancy – One of the well-known companies in the field of general trading is looking for an Agile Project Manager.

Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Work Location: Baghdad – Al Mansour

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project activities while ensuring efficient workflow, clear communication, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and monitor projects using Agile methodology.

Divide the project into Sprints and manage the Sprint cycles effectively.

Lead daily stand-up meetings and facilitate team communication.

Organize Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective sessions.

Remove obstacles and ensure smooth workflow for the team.

Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.

Manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Ensure quality of deliverables and continuous improvement.

Document project requirements, changes, and progress reports.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

PMP Certification is mandatory (Required).

2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile environments.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Azure DevOps.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapid changes.
