Dania Al-Khair – Super Kids Mart is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in Baghdad, leading retail sales operations across our children’s toys and newborn essentials category.

📍 Location: Baghdad – Mansour

⏰ Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Days: Saturday – Thursday

💰 Salary: 1,250,000 – 1,500,000 IQD

✅ Key Responsibilities

▸ Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

▸ Monitor team performance daily and provide continuous coaching to maximize productivity.

▸ Ensure an exceptional shopping experience tailored to the nature of children’s and newborn products.

▸ Oversee in-store sales operations, ensuring proper product display and consistent stock availability.

▸ Train team members on selling techniques, customer handling, and product knowledge.

▸ Identify customer needs and guide the team toward effective solutions and upselling opportunities.

▸ Coordinate with inventory management to prevent stock shortages across key product lines.
