CCTEB is looking for a Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer to act as the primary technical liaison with the Supervision Consultant, ensuring all Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Protection works comply with IPC, NFPA, and Project Specifications. You will bridge the gap between design and site, resolving technical clashes and securing final approvals.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and submit MAR and Electrical Shop Drawings and follow up for approval.

2. Ensure electrical designs comply with IEC, NEC, NFPA, and Iraqi codes.

3. Review calculations and drawings, propose practical site improvements, and coordinate with BIM.

4. Resolve site electrical issues and supervise installation works.

5. Ensure installations comply with approved drawings and method statements.

6. Attend site inspections with consultants and RE.

7. Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

8. Verify system performance, safety, and proper load distribution.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Plumbing Engineering.

2. Expert in AutoCAD, Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is a strong plus. 

3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Excellent English Language. 

5. Ability to interpret technical specifications and draft formal contractual letters in English. 

Salary: 2,500,000 IQD.
