A leading Real Estate Development company in Baghdad is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy and drive the growth of premium real estate projects.

Location: Baghdad – Al Karkh

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, outdoor, print, and other advertising channels.

• Generate qualified leads and support sales performance through effective marketing initiatives.

• Plan and manage project launches, exhibitions, promotional events, and activations.

• Oversee social media, paid campaigns, content creation, and brand communication.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support positioning, pricing, and campaign decisions.

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, designers, and production vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing.
