Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor / Motion Designer to join The Studio team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in video editing, be proficient in industry-standard editing and motion software, and be capable of delivering high-quality creative content with speed and consistency.

This role requires someone who is creative, technically strong, fast in execution, and able to handle multiple projects while maintaining a high visual standard. The candidate should also be capable of delivering up to 3 videos per day depending on project scope and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, and client projects.

• Create strong motion graphics and visual effects that enhance content quality.

• Work on a variety of video formats including reels, ads, promotional videos, and branded content.

• Handle projects from raw footage to final delivery.

• Collaborate with the creative team, content team, and marketing team to execute strong visual concepts.

• Ensure fast turnaround and timely delivery of daily video tasks.

• Maintain high editing quality, storytelling flow, pacing, and visual consistency.

• Manage multiple projects at the same time efficiently.

• Export videos in the required formats for different platforms.

Requirements:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome.

• Senior-level experience in video editing and motion design.

• Strong proficiency in all major editing and design software, especially:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Media Encoder

• Other relevant editing and motion tools

• Strong skills in motion graphics and animation.

• Excellent sense of pacing, transitions, visual storytelling, and social media video styles.

• Ability to deliver up to 3 videos per day with strong quality and efficiency.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Organized, fast, and detail-oriented.

• Preferably residing in Al Karkh – Baghdad.
