Job Title: IT Specialist 

Company Name : SVC 

Location: Baghdad – Al Mansour

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Summary:

The core job for that position is will be responsible for assisting employees with technical issues, managing hardware and software, maintaining systems, servers, networks, and user access. The role also includes supporting and troubleshooting the company’s ERP System to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Technical Support:

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.

Install and update operating systems and software.

Perform regular maintenance on employee devices.

Configure and prepare devices for new employees.

Support and troubleshoot the ERP System for end users.

2-System Administration:

Manage and maintain servers and Active Directory.

Create and manage user accounts and permissions.

Monitor and maintain network devices (Routers, Switches, Access Points).

Perform data backup and ensure IT security.

Monitor system performance and apply updates.

Monitor ERP System performance and resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).

Experience in technical support or system administration.

Experience with ERP Systems and ability to troubleshoot ERP-related issues.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Good communication skills and solid knowledge of Windows systems and networking.
