Job Purpose

The HRBP Specialist supports the Central HR Department by implementing HR initiatives and providing operational HR support across business units. 

The role focuses on Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Training, and Onboarding, ensuring consistent HR practices, workforce engagement, and alignment with the organization’s HR strategy and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, or training roles.

• Experience supporting operational departments is preferred.

• English proficiency required; Arabic preferred.
