We are currently seeking an experienced Health & Safety Engineer to support brownfield oil and gas activities at Majnoon Oilfield in Basra, Iraq.

This is an Iraqi-national position, open to qualified local candidates with relevant health, safety, and site HSE experience in oil and gas construction or brownfield project environments.

The successful candidate will work under recognized international HSE management systems, supporting safe, compliant, and responsible execution of site activities.

Key focus areas include:

Health and safety engineering support

Site HSE monitoring and compliance

Brownfield oil and gas project support

Risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inspections Interface with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and HSSE teams

Implementation of project HSE procedures and international safety standards
