*💰 Salary Range:* $1,200 – $1,800

*Job Overview*  

A leading IT solutions company is seeking an experienced ERP Sales Adviser to join our team in Baghdad. The role focuses on Oracle ERP solutions and helping clients achieve digital transformation.

*Qualifications*  

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Information Systems or Software Engineering preferred

*Skills & Experience*  

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in systems sales or ERP solutions

- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Strong hunting, analytical, and negotiation skills to acquire new clients

- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

- Willingness to travel inside and outside Iraq as required

*Key Responsibilities*  

- Provide technical and commercial consultancy on Oracle ERP solutions

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions

- Manage and follow up on prospective clients and sales opportunities to closure

- Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify potential clients

- Present CRM software with tailored demonstrations per customer needs

- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals

- Provide customized quotes and negotiate contract conditions

- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline

- Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets

- Handle customer on-boarding
