The successful candidate will oversee sales operations across key sectors in Basrah, including:

Professional Care: Premium product lines for men’s and women’s salons and beauty centers.

Sports & Wellness: Protein and nutritional supplements designed for fitness centers, health clubs, and gym enthusiasts.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the local sales team across Basrah.

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts, salons, beauty centers, and fitness facilities throughout the governorate.

Analyze market trends in the region, monitor local competitor activity, and execute commercial growth strategies.

Conduct joint field visits and provide on-the-ground support to sales representatives.

📋 Candidate Requirements

Location: Based in Basrah, Iraq.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, cosmetics, or sports nutrition within the Basrah market.

Professional Development: Completion of specialized sales training courses, workshops, or certifications is highly preferred.

Mobility: Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for regional coverage.

Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and key account management abilities.

💰 Salary

USD 1,000 – 1,200 depending on qualifications, experience, and professional background.
