Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Food & Beverage Manager (Lebanese nationality) to manage the operations of a restaurant located within a hotel in Iraq. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Oversee all Food & Beverage operations within the hotel restaurant

 • Ensure excellent service quality and guest satisfaction

 • Manage budgets, cost control, and inventory

 • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team

 • Coordinate with hotel management and other departments

 • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies

Requirements:

 • Lebanese nationality (mandatory)

 • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably in hotels

 • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

 • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards

 • Ability to work under pressure
