National Health Factory is looking for a KPISpecialist to support data-driven decision-making and improve performance across our operations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, track, and analyze KPIs aligned with organizational and healthcare objectives.

- Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management and stakeholders

- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience in KPI development, performance measurement, and reporting (1 - 5 years' experience)

- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills

- Ability to design and maintain dashboards and performance reports

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage

- Good understanding of operational processes (manufacturing experience is a plus)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to communicate insights clearly to management and stakeholders

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Location: Baghdad – Jurf Alnaddaf

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM from Saturday to Thursday

Salary: starting from 1,000,000
