RootPath Human Resource Solutions is partnering with a leading investment group in Baghdad to recruit a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee major real estate and construction projects from inception through final delivery.

📍 Location: Baghdad – Karkh

💰 Salary: Negotiable

✅ Key Responsibilities

▸ Lead and manage construction and real estate projects across all phases — from planning through final handover.

▸ Develop detailed project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and manage approved budgets.

▸ Provide full on-site supervision, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.

▸ Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, and oversee contract execution.

▸ Coordinate effectively between engineering teams, management, and all relevant stakeholders.

▸ Identify and monitor project risks, developing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

▸ Track project cash flows, monitor expenditure, and ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
