Bahar Group Company is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Storekeeper to join our Electronics Division. If you have experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, we'd love to hear from you!

📋 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching electronic products.

✅ Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure high inventory accuracy.

✅ Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

✅ Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.

✅ Implement quality control measures to maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.

✅ Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

✅ Plan stock allocation based on warehouse capacity, regional demand, and sales forecasts.

✅ Ensure warehouse readiness to receive multiple product categories while supporting efficient last-mile delivery operations.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

✔️ At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.

✔️ Experience in warehouse operations within the electronics industry is preferred.

✔️ Strong organizational and time management skills.

✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

✔️ Ability to supervise warehouse activities and manage daily operations efficiently.

✔️ Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices.

✔️ Must have Governmental Employee Support (Kafala).

تعلن مجموعة بهار عن حاجتها إلى أمين مخزن للانضمام إلى فريق عملها في قطاع الإلكترونيات في بغداد.

📋 المهام والمسؤوليات:

✅ الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمستودع، بما يشمل استلام وتخزين وصرف المنتجات الإلكترونية بكفاءة.

✅ الحفاظ على دقة سجلات المخزون وإجراء الجرد الدوري ومعالجة أي فروقات في المخزون.

✅ تحسين استغلال المساحات داخل المستودع وتعزيز كفاءة سير العمل.

✅ تطبيق إجراءات الرقابة على الجودة لضمان سلامة المنتجات ودقة إدارة المخزون.

✅ التنسيق لعمليات الإدخال والإخراج لضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المناسب وبأعلى كفاءة.

✅ التخطيط لتوزيع المخزون وفقًا للطاقة الاستيعابية للمستودعات واحتياجات المناطق وخطط المبيعات.

✅ ضمان جاهزية المستودع لاستقبال مختلف الأصناف ودعم عمليات التوزيع بكفاءة.

🎓 المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

✔️ خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 1–2 سنة في إدارة المستودعات أو المخازن.

✔️ يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع الإلكترونيات.

✔️ مهارات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.

✔️ مهارات تواصل والعمل ضمن فريق.

✔️ القدرة على إدارة العمليات اليومية للمستودع والمحافظة على دقة المخزون.

✔️ معرفة جيدة بإجراءات إدارة المخزون وأفضل الممارسات في المستودعات.

✔️ كفالة موظف حكومي.
