Position: HR Officer

📍 Location: Erbil

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations and employee records

• Handle recruitment, interviews, and hiring process

• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee performance

• Prepare HR reports and documentation

• Implement HR policies and procedures

• Support employee relations and internal coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in HR roles

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Kurdish & Arabic required, English preferred
