About the Company:

Al-Jawda Industrial Investments Company is one of Iraq’s leading industrial and development companies, operating with the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and modern management.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our information technology operations and support the company’s digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s operational and strategic goals.

 • Supervise the operation and maintenance of the company’s internal and external networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) ensuring stability and security.

 • Manage servers, backups, and ensure business continuity and data protection.

 • Oversee cybersecurity measures and enforce IT policies to safeguard against breaches and cyber incidents.

 • Administer and maintain hardware and software infrastructure, ensuring periodic updates and upgrades.

 • Manage and support ERP, HRMS, and other operational systems across departments.

 • Lead and coordinate the IT support/help desk team to provide timely technical assistance to all users.

 • Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT system performance and minimize downtime.

 • Collaborate with all departments to identify and fulfill their technical needs efficiently.

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

 • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

 • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network administration.

 • Proven experience with backup systems, Microsoft 365 / Exchange, and Firewalls.

 • Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise software integration.

 • Excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.

 • Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

 • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Certifications (an advantage):

 • CCNA / CCNP

 • MCSA / MCSE

 • CompTIA Security+ / Network+

 • Or equivalent professional certifications.

 • Experience in IT security, cloud backup solutions, or smart monitoring systems (CCTV & Access Control) is a plus.
