Robo Iraq, a leading company in the smart home appliance sector in Iraq, announces a job opening:

Job Title: Procurement and Logistics Officer – Baghdad (Electronics Sector)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage procurement and logistics operations:

  - Prepare purchase orders and invoices based on required materials.

  - Verify the quality of received materials and ensure they meet specifications.

  - Replace materials in case of defects or non-compliance.

- Inventory and Stock Management:

  - Prepare reports on stock shortages, including quantities.

  - Conducting periodic inventory counts and reconciling actual materials with records.

  - Managing supplier files to track available and unavailable items.

- International Communication:

  - Maintaining ongoing communication with suppliers  to secure the best prices and quality.

  - Tracking shipments until they arrive at the company and coordinating with delivery companies.

- Internal Coordination:

  - Collaborate with the Finance Department to determine material prices and shipping costs.

  - Issue sales invoices and delivery notes to courier companies.

Requirements:

- Fluent in spoken English. 

- Proficient in using ERP systems.

- Expert in using MS Office programs.

- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing and procurement; experience working for electronics retailers is preferred.

 • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field)

 • Experience in negotiation, price analysis, and supplier management.

💰 Expected Salary

- Salary: Between 800,000 – 1,000,000 IQD based on experience (2–4 years).
