💰 Salary: IQD 1,200,000 – 1,500,000

Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for a Customer Success Agent to join one of our clients. The role focuses on onboarding clients, training them to use ERP and CRM systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute the client onboarding process.

- Train clients on how to effectively use ERP and CRM systems.

- Provide first-line support and respond to client inquiries.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues or escalate when necessary.

- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and system adoption.

- Coordinate with internal technical, product, and sales teams regarding client needs.

- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).

-1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer - Support, Account Management, or similar roles.

- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is highly preferred.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

- Professional customer-focused approach.

- English: Fluent

- Kurdish: Preferred
