Job Title: System Administrator

Company Name : SVC

Location: Baghdad – Al Mansour

Working Hours: 8 hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Salary: To be determined during the interview – negotiable

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain operating systems and servers (Windows / Linux).

Provide technical administration and support for ERP systems including:

Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues.

Managing user access, roles, and permissions.

Coordinating with internal ERP teams or external vendors when required.

Monitoring ERP servers and related databases.

Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery when needed.

Manage internal networks and resolve connectivity issues.

Maintain system security and apply protection policies.

Provide technical support to staff regarding systems and applications.

Monitor IT infrastructure performance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a System Administrator.

Good knowledge of ERP systems (installation – operation – technical support).

Basic understanding of databases (SQL).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle issues efficiently.
