📍 Location: Al-Jadriya, Baghdad

IQ Networks, part of iQ Group, a leading company in Iraq’s telecommunications and digital infrastructure sector, is seeking to hire a PMO Senior Officer to join its team and support the management of strategic projects across the organization.

🎯 Role Purpose:

To provide structured support to the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring the consistent application of project management standards, enhancing governance, and improving project execution efficiency to achieve organizational objectives.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the PMO function and project management best practices across the organization

• Monitor and report project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies at the portfolio level

• Develop and maintain PMO policies, procedures, and methodologies

• Support portfolio planning and project prioritization

• Provide analytical insights and reporting to support decision-making

• Lead resource planning, demand forecasting, and allocation optimization

• Identify resource constraints and propose mitigation plans

• Enhance PMO capabilities, tools, and systems

• Evaluate and implement PM tools and reporting platforms

• Coach and mentor project managers and teams

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project management

• Experience in portfolio governance and planning

• PMO/PMP certifications are a plus

• Experience with tools such as:

 MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow

💡 Skills:

• Fluent in Arabic

• Advanced level in English

• Strong analytical and executive reporting skills

💰 Salary:

IQD 2,500,000 – 3,000,000 (depending on experience)

🕒 Working Hours:

• 5 days per week

• From 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
