A great real estate opportunity for 8 Sales Representatives (4 Males / 4 Females)!!

Job Title: Sales Representative – Real Estate

Location: Baghdad – Al-Karkh Side

Working Days: 6 days per week 

Working Hours: 8 hours per day (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

Salary: IQD 750,000 – 1,000,000

Incentives: High commission on sales

Open Positions: 8 (4 Males / 4 Females)

Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for Sales Representatives to join one of our clients in a prominent residential project. The role focuses on promoting the project, acquiring clients, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the real estate project and attract potential clients.

- Conduct negotiations and close sales deals.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Represent the project through promotional content and social media.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate is preferred).

- Age: 25 years and above.

- Nationality: Iraqi or Arab nationals.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to appear in promotional videos and content.

- For females: Professional and presentable appearance.

- For males: Strong presence is preferred.

English is a plus.

- Owning a car is preferred (especially for females).
