Palm of Babylon, a leading advertising and marketing agency, is looking for an experienced “Digital Marketing” to lead and grow our digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

• Manage and optimize integrated digital campaigns across all channels.

• Monitor performance using analytics tools and ensure KPIs are achieved.

• Manage the digital marketing budget and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.

• Experience managing a marketing team.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.

• Experience with analytics tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
