“HR & People Operations Lead”

C Agency is looking for an organized and proactive HR & People Operations Lead to help build and manage the internal structure of our growing team.

This role will be responsible for HR management, recruitment, team organization, and improving internal operations. In the early stage, this position will act as the main administrative role in the company, working closely with the founder to support the growth of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

HR & People Management

 • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

 • Lead recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews

 • Manage onboarding and integration of new team members

 • Support employee relations and help maintain a positive work environment

 • Assist in developing employees and improving team performance

Operations & Team Organization

 • Organize internal workflows and improve daily operations

 • Track team tasks, deadlines, and communication between departments

 • Design and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for employees

 • Prepare internal performance reports for management

 • Help develop internal systems and policies to support company growth

Requirements

 • Previous experience in HR, people operations, or team management

 • Experience in recruitment and talent sourcing

 • Experience with KPIs and performance tracking

 • Strong organizational and leadership skills

 • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

 • Good communication and problem-solving skills

 • Experience in marketing agencies or fast-growing companies is a plus

 • Full-time position

 • Saturday – Thursday

 • Office-based in Karrada, Baghdad

Salary

1,400,000 – 1,600,000 IQD

Salary will be reviewed later based on performance and impact on the company’s growth
