Salary: 700,000 – 1,100,000 IQD (based on experience and skills)

Daleel AlSahraa Company for Freight Forwarding Services is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for a highly reliable “IT guy” with VERY strong English and excellent computer/software skills who can support daily operations and handle a wide range of tasks.

Requirements (Must Have)

Lives in Baghdad – Al-Karkh ONLY (mandatory)

Excellent English (spoken and written)

Very strong computer knowledge and software troubleshooting skills

Able to handle multiple tasks and solve problems quickly

Professional, trustworthy, organized, and responsive

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily IT support for office staff (PCs, printers, basic networking, email, etc.)

Install, configure, and maintain Windows and common business software

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues efficiently

Manage files, backups, updates, and general system organization

Help with various company tasks when needed (technical + administrative support)
