Rowad Al-Helool IT is looking for two tech-savvy specialists to join our team in Baghdad! If you are a patient problem-solver with a knack for technical support, we want you.

📍 Locations: Mansour (Karkh) & Baghdad Jadida (Rusafa) ⏰ Schedule: Sat–Thu | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM 💼 Type: Full-time, On-site

The Role:

- Provide hardware/software support (Windows, M365, Printers).

- Troubleshoot basic networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, TCP/IP).

- Manage support tickets and asset deployment.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of IT Help Desk experience.

- Proficiency in Windows OS & Microsoft 365.

- Strong communication & documentation skills.
