A reputable and well-established global shipping and logistics provider is seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales Specialist to join its Commercial team in Baghdad, Iraq. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and driving business growth within the maritime and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve commercial targets across Iraq.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular field visits and professional communication.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and addressed effectively.

- Present and communicate tailored service solutions to potential customers.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local regulatory changes to support informed client guidance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in sales or business development within maritime, logistics, or related industries in Iraq.

- Age between 25 and 30 years.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently in a field-based, client-facing environment.

- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Knowledge of maritime commercial dynamics, logistics, and Iraq’s regulatory landscape is an advantage.

- Fluency in English to communicate with international clients and offices.

Salary Range: 2,600,000 – 3,000,000 IQD
