📝 #Job_Summary:

Tishk Group is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting project accounting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

📑 #Key_Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting books.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Record and track construction project costs and expenses.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Ensure compliance with Iraqi tax regulations and financial laws.

- Support internal and external audits.

- Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding payments and costs.

🎓 #Requirements & #Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience, preferably in Construction or Real Estate.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Experience with accounting software (ERP systems preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Good understanding of tax and financial regulations in Iraq.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
