Aman Pay is looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Settlement & Reconciliation Officer to join our growing team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in settlement & reconciliation within electronic payments, fintech, banking, or PSP environments.

- Strong knowledge of POS acquiring, card payments, e-wallets, and payment operations.

- Experience in settlement processing, transaction reconciliation, and exception management.

- Good understanding of Visa, Mastercard, and local payment schemes.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily settlement activities for POS, card, and e-wallet transactions.

- Perform reconciliations between payment systems, banks, merchants, and partners.

- Investigate and resolve transaction and settlement discrepancies.

- Monitor merchant settlements, fees, commissions, and payouts.

- Handle adjustments, reversals, and chargeback cases.

- Prepare settlement and reconciliation reports.
