Job Vacancy: Senior Project & Commercial Engineer

Iconz Company is hiring a Senior Project & Commercial Engineer to manage cost control and commercial functions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow

• Handle contracts, variations, and claims

• Review subcontractor quotes, invoices, and performance

• Provide financial reports and cost analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil / Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management

• 5–8 years experience (fit-out preferred)

• Strong skills in Quantity Surveying, cost control, and contract management

Preferred:

• GCC/Middle East experience

• Knowledge of FIDIC
