Career Opportunity | Accounts Payable Accountant

Nardin Restaurant Management Company is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Accountant to join its Finance Department in Baghdad.

Location: Baghdad, Iraq

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Salary : 1,250,000 - 1,500,000

Reports To: Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor accounts payable activities and payment cycles.

* Communicate directly with suppliers and reconcile invoices and statements of account.

* Review and verify payment-related financial documents.

* Classify expenses, fixed assets, and inventory items in accordance with accounting standards.

* Prepare periodic reports related to suppliers and payments.

* Process and maintain accounting entries within SAP and related financial systems.

* Manage invoices and payments for food, beverage, and operational suppliers.

* Ensure all payment transactions comply with company financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.

* Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

* Strong reporting, reconciliation, and supplier management skills.
