Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Baghdad Heart – Al Mansour, Baghdad

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Baghdad Heart is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

 • Post job advertisements and manage applicant tracking

 • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

 • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

 • Prepare job offers and follow up with candidates

 • Support employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

 • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

 • Strong English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

 • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools
