Shull for Employment Solutions is looking for a Go To Market Product Executive to work with one of our international clients in Baghdad.

Responsibilities

 • Act as the bridge between Turkey’s marketing, design, and brand teams, and Iraq operations.

 • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to identify market trends and needs.

 • Execute sales trainings across different cities in Iraq and prepare content for successful product launches.

 • Collaborate with the brand management team to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

 • Support and coordinate with external marketing agencies.

 • Translate short texts from English to Arabic for product artwork.

 • Host the Turkey team during Iraq visits, provide field translations, and accompany them on intercity travel when needed.

Requirements

 • Fluency in English or Turkish is a must (both are preferred).

 • Conversational Arabic and written/spoken Sorani (Kurdish) are required.

 • Experience in marketing or sales (domestic appliance sector experience highly preferred).

 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative.

 • Ability to thrive in a small-scale company environment with a hands-on approach and intensive stakeholder management.

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

تعلن شركة Shull for Employment Solutions عن حاجتها إلى تنفيذي دخول السوق للمنتجات للعمل مع أحد عملائنا الدوليين في بغداد.

المهام

 • أن يكون حلقة وصل بين فرق التسويق والتصميم والعلامة التجارية في تركيا وبين العمليات في العراق.

 • إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل المنافسين ودراسة احتياجات العملاء.

 • تنفيذ تدريبات مبيعات في مدن مختلفة داخل العراق وإعداد المحتوى الخاص بإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة.

 • التعاون مع فريق إدارة العلامة التجارية لضمان تنفيذ الحملات التسويقية بسلاسة.

 • التنسيق مع وكالات التسويق المتعاقد معها.

 • ترجمة نصوص قصيرة من الإنجليزية إلى العربية لاستخدامها في تصاميم المنتجات.

 • استقبال الفريق التركي أثناء زياراتهم للعراق، والمساعدة في الترجمة الميدانية والتنقل بين المدن عند الحاجة.

المتطلبات
