We’re Hiring! – Warehouse Manager

📍 Location: Karada  

📆 Working Days: 5 days/week  

💼 Job Type: Full-time  

Al Jazeera Telecom is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and improve warehouse workflows, SOPs, and ERP stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and dispatch of materials and equipment.  

• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation between physical stock and ERP systems.  

• Develop and improve warehouse SOPs, workflows, and inventory control procedures.  

• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate ERP transactions, documentation, and stock records.  

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.  

• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Technical, and Finance departments to ensure timely material availability.  

• Conduct periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to resolve discrepancies.  

• Ensure proper material handling, storage organization, labeling, and asset tracking.  

• Prepare inventory and operational reports including stock levels, shortages, damages, aging materials, and warehouse KPIs.  

• Support ERP optimization and warehouse process automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.  

• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics operations.  

• Good knowledge of ERP systems and stock management procedures.  

• Strong leadership, organization, and reporting skills.  

• Ability to manage warehouse teams and work under pressure.  

• Good communication and coordination skills.
