RootPath Human Resource Solutions is partnering with a leading real estate developer in Baghdad to recruit a seasoned Marketing Manager who will own and drive the full marketing function across a portfolio of major projects.

📍 Location: Baghdad – Karkh

⏰ Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📅 Days: Saturday – Thursday

💰 Salary: Negotiable

✅ Key Responsibilities

▸ Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate projects.

▸ Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, outdoor, print, and media platforms.

▸ Generate qualified leads and elevate project visibility to support the sales pipeline.

▸ Plan and manage project launches, exhibitions, events, and promotional activations.

▸ Oversee social media platforms, paid campaigns, content production, and brand identity.

▸ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and campaign decisions.

▸ Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, designers, and production vendors.

📋 Requirements

▸ 10+ years of marketing experience — preferably in real estate, construction, or a related sector.

▸ 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
