Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?

Al-Kahraman is seeking experienced Branch Sales Managers to join our team and lead branch operations while driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.

* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

* Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

* Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with brand standards.

* Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

* Recruit, train, and develop team members.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Previous experience in sales management is preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
