About The Role

We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented Marketing Strategist to lead growth planning and campaign execution across our portfolio.

> Note: This is not a standard social media posting role. We need someone who understands user psychology, app growth, positioning, and conversion funnels to turn product goals into measurable marketing success.

 Key Responsibilities

* Strategy & Growth: Build marketing, launch, and retention strategies for mobile apps; define KPIs tied to business goals.

* Market Insights: Analyze user behavior, competitor trends, and conversion funnels.

* Creative Direction: Guide copywriters, designers, and video editors to ensure content aligns with brand positioning.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and product teams to optimize CAC, acquisition, and engagement.

* Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance and build scalable marketing workflows.

Requirements

* Proven experience in marketing strategy, growth marketing, or brand strategy.

* Deep understanding of mobile app marketing, consumer psychology, and user funnels (acquisition to retention).

* Strong analytical skills with knowledge of metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and engagement.

* Experience directing creative production workflows in fast-paced startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in fintech or app-based startups.

* Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok campaigns, and influencer marketing.

* Bilingual: Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
