About Us:

Rose Vision Marketing Management LLC is a dynamic marketing agency based in Dubai dedicated to helping brands grow through strategic digital solutions. We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong Performance Marketing skills to manage organic social media presence and support paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

This role combines content strategy, execution, analytics, and paid media performance, working closely with clients, designers, videographers, and strategists to drive real business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

✅  Plan and create monthly social media strategies & content calendars

✅ Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters for content production

✅ Publish and schedule content across platforms.

✅ Monitor engagement and performance metrics

✅ Conduct competitor analysis and trend research

✅ Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging

✅ Prepare monthly content performance reports with insights and recommendations

Performance Marketing

✅ Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat)

✅ Build targeting strategies, custom audiences, and remarketing funnels

✅ Monitor budgets and performance daily to achieve best ROI

✅ Implement tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, Conversion API)

✅ Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and messaging

✅ Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly ad reports

✅ Collaborate with creative team to develop high-performing ads

✅ Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising

✅ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (TikTok is a plus)

✅ Strong understanding of content performance and analytics

✅ Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

✅ Organized, data-driven, and proactive mindset

✅ Experience working remotely is a plus

✅ Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
