Job Vacancy: Calibration Technician

📍 Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq

 Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site / Off-site)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the calibration field.

• Candidates must be residents of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

• Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and laboratory quality management systems.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to understand, interpret, and evaluate technical and numerical data.

• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.

• Familiarity with industrial process equipment and instrumentation.

• Understanding of quality control procedures and calibration documentation requirements.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

be able to perform mechanical calibrations and testing activities in accordance with approved procedures and industry standards.

•Be Able to Prepare calibration Worksheet, technical reports, and related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and applicable industry standards.

• Conduct both laboratory and on-site calibration services

• Ensure accurate record keeping and timely completion of calibration activities.
