📢 Job Opportunity – Store Manager

DNA Lifestyle – Baghdad is looking to hire an experienced Store Manager to join our team.

📍 Location: Iraq Gate

Job Summary:The Store Manager is responsible for the overall store performance, daily operations, team management, customer experience, and profitability of the DNA Lifestyle store while ensuring premium international retail standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs (UPT, ATV, Conversion Rate)• Lead and manage store staff, prepare schedules, and conduct training• Ensure premium customer service and handle customer complaints professionally• Oversee store opening and closing procedures and ensure POS accuracy• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation• Monitor inventory, prevent stock loss, and conduct stock counts• Prepare reports and coordinate with other departments

Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field• 4–6 years of retail management experience (electronics retail preferred)• Strong leadership and communication skills• Experience with POS and ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
