ERP Implementation Officer opportunity in Erbil 

Salary: 2500$ - 3000$

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist the ERP implanter/partner with system configuration, data migration, user support, testing, and documentation throughout the implementation process.

-Participate in the ERP implementation, supporting each phase from planning to go-live.

-Understand the company’s business operations, workflows, and processes, and can map the company’s processes and report requirements to the ERP system.

-Engages with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, then implements them within the ERP system.

-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of the ERP system.

-Reviewing ERP help tickets, complaints, and user recommendations to support continuous improvement.

-Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time completion of implementation milestones.

-Provide weekly and monthly reports to management to monitor the implementation process, track outstanding issues, and highlight progress.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

5 years of experience in a relevant environment.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present reports to management clearly.

-Excellent English and Kurdish communication skills.

-Ability to work under tight deadlines.

-Proficient with Microsoft office, especially Excel.

-Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).

-Project Management certificate is a plus.
