Recruitment & Talent Management Officer

Noor Al-Nibras Concentrated Perfumes Trading Company is looking for a Recruitment & Talent Management Officer to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.

Build and maintain a qualified talent pool.

Support performance evaluation and employee development initiatives.

Coordinate with managers to identify hiring needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.

Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.

Good command of English and Microsoft Office.

📍 Location: Bab Al-Muadham, Baghdad

🕘 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
