We Are Hiring: Ecommerce Manager – Baghdad

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager with strong retail and Odoo ERP experience to join our team at DNA Lifestyle – Iraq.

Requirements:

Proven experience in E-commerce and Retail industry

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP

Strong understanding of customer journey and online sales operations

Experience managing order processing, shipping, payment, and delivery workflows

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

Manage and operate the company’s e-commerce platforms

Oversee digital marketing and online sales activities

Enhance and optimize the full customer experience

Analyze performance data and drive sales growth strategies

Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and delivery teams

Location: Baghdad

Job Type: Full-time

The starting salary is 2,000,000 and can be higher depending on experience.
