Junior FTTH Technical Support Engineer

📍 Location:Basra, Iraq

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated Junior FTTH Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support the deployment and operation of FTTH networks.

Key Requirements:

✅ For only Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering

✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

✅ CCNAor MTCNAcertification is required.

✅ Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking.

✅ Good command of English.

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

What You'll Do:

* Provide technical support for FTTH network services.

* Troubleshoot network and customer connectivity issues.

* Configure and maintain network equipment.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely issue resolution.
