Job Title: IT Help Desk 

Location: Baghdad/Mansour 

Working hours: 8 hours- 5 days/week

Salary: 850,000 IQD

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Help Desk to provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure smooth IT operations, and deliver excellent customer service. Basic knowledge of Odoo is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

• Configure and set up computers, printers, and mobile devices

• Install and update software and operating systems

• Monitor recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions

• Guide employees on using systems and technical tools

• Maintain IT asset records

• Provide basic support for Odoo users

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of IT support or Help Desk experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365

• Ability to troubleshoot quickly under pressure

• Basic knowledge of Odoo and user support
